Privacy
This statement covers the website maximalisme.nl. Our apps and platforms (such as Lorelight, Fenno, Sneleentaxi and JOIN) each have their own privacy policy on their own website.
In short
- This website sets no cookies.
- We use no analytics, ad networks, tracking pixels or social media plugins.
- Nothing is loaded from other servers: fonts and images live on our own server.
What the server records
Like every web server, ours keeps technical log files: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type. We need these to keep the site safe and working (legitimate interest). We do not use them to track visitors and keep them for at most 14 days.
If you email us
If you write to info@maximalisme.nl, we use your name, email address and message only to reply. We keep the email as long as needed for the conversation and any legal retention duties.
Hosting
The site runs on a TransIP server in the Netherlands. Our email also runs through TransIP. We have data processing agreements with them.
Your rights
You may ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email info@maximalisme.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
